Lunar lemon

Botanical name: Citrus limon
Common name: Lunar lemon

General features: The lunar lemon is an almost continuously flowering, very vigorous and productive plant. It has elliptical, sharp-edged, deep green leaves and purple-coloured buds, arranged in groups and singly. The fruits are elongated, with a pronounced neck in the peduncular area and an umbo apex. They have a thin, very smooth, deep yellow skin.

Curiosity: The lunar lemon is also called '4 season lemon' due to its ability to flower and bear fruit in all months of the year.

Ornamental virtues: The appearance of this plant is very pleasing and lends itself well to gardens and vegetable gardens. The abundance of flowers and fruit that the lemon tree produces throughout the year, winter included, is also appreciated.
